Luigi Riva

Presidente e Fondatore

Dopo avere conseguito esperienze consulenziali nei settori media e TLC, nel 2000 ha fondato Strategic Management Partners di cui è Presidente.

Nella sua attività ha seguito numerosi progetti strategici e di implementazione su tematiche di integrazione, riorganizzazione e ridisegno dei principali processi aziendali per le maggiori aziende nazionali. 

Attualmente segue con particolare attenzione l’area di innovazione e change management. È autore di numerosi articoli per le principali riviste di management e scrive settimanalmente nella sezione di management del Sole 24 Ore.

Fa parte del Comitato Scientifico dei Master organizzati da alcune autorevoli business school italiane.

È Presidente di Assoconsult l’associazione di Confindustria che rappresenta le imprese di Consulenza di Management più importanti presenti in Italia.

Laureato in Ingegneria presso il Politecnico di Milano, ha conseguito un MBA presso l’Università Bocconi.

Nel 2000 ha fondato Strategic Management Partners di cui attualmente è Partner. 

Nella sua attività ha guidato numerosi progetti sia implementativi che strategici per primarie aziende italiane e multinazionali nei settori TLC, ICT, Media, Energy e Farmaceutico in ambito Sales&Marketing e CRM/Customer Operation.Forte della propria esperienza accademica presso il Politecnico di Milano maturata subito dopo il conseguimento della laurea prosegue nell‘affiancare all’attività consulenziale anche un’attività di docenza e collaborazione con una pluralità di business school italiane.È autore di numerosi report e studi di settore.

Salvatore Manfrè

Managing Partner

Laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale presso il Politecnico di Milano.
Dopo avere lavorato per grandi società italiane e in consulenza, dal 2015 è entrato a far parte di Strategic Management Partners.

E‘ specializzato in tematiche di Strategia, Marketing&Sales e di gestione dell’innovazione, e si è specializzato su ambiti più strettamente ICT durante la sua esperienza. Ha ricoperto il ruolo di responsabile commerciale per il segmento SME in Poste Italiane, dopodichè ha lavorato in consulenza per primarie società del panorama italiano ed internazionale. 

Si è occupato principalmente di settori come energy, utilities, e telecomunicazioni sviluppando iniziative e progetti anche in altri settori come quello bancario, delle assicurazioni, delle GDO, del FMCG e del Travel. Dal 2008 si occupa principalmente di Innovazione.

Ha insegnato in differenti Master e Business School come Bocconi, LUISS, Cerisdi, Reiss Romoli.

Alessandro Menegon

Laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale presso il Politecnico di Milano.
Si è specializzato nella gestione dell‘innovazione e dal 2003 è entrato a far parte di Strategic Management Partners. 

Nella sua attività si è occupato di diversi interventi di modellizzazione e ottimizzazione dei processi di business, introduzione di nuove tecnologie, lancio di nuovi servizi e riorganizzazione. Attualmente segue con particolare attenzione l’evoluzione dei modelli di IT Governance in settori complessi e particolarmente competitivi come le TLC.

È docente per alcune autorevoli business school italiane, prevalentemente in merito a tematiche di marketing, sviluppo prodotti e pricing.

Lorenzo Maria Paoli

Laureato in Ingegneria per l‘Ambiente e Territorio presso l’Università degli studi La Sapienza di Roma.

Dopo aver prestato il servizio militare come Ufficiale della Marina Militare Italiana, nel 2001 è entrato in Strategic Management Partners iniziando la sua esperienza nella consulenza di direzione ed organizzazione aziendale. 

Nel corso della sua esperienza professionale ha seguito e diretto molti progetti a contatto con primarie aziende operanti sia in Italia, sia all’estero, negli ambiti corporate governance, marketing & sales, controllo di gestione ed operations. 

Ha negli anni affiancato alle esperienze maturate nei progetti di consulenza maturato alcune significative esperienze di temporary management nella gestione di BU/aziende per conto dei propri clienti.

È docente in numerosi master e corsi di formazione professionale organizzati da alcune autorevoli business school italiane.

Gianluca Acerboni

Laureato in Ingegneria presso il Politecnico di Milano, dopo aver lavorato con primarie aziende tecnologiche italiane, ha maturato un’esperienza ventennale in una delle maggiori società di consulenza internazionali dove ha ricoperto ruoli di responsabilità crescente su varie settori in ambito sanità, pubblica amministrazione, farmaceutico, financial services e consumer goods. 

Su importanti realtà nazionali e internazionali ha indirizzato e realizzato iniziative di trasformazione, gestito il delivery di progetti complessi e sviluppato competenze in ambito consulenza strategica e direzionale, change management, digital transformation, blockchain e machine learning. 

Nel suo percorso ha preso parte a programmi di sviluppo di skill di teamwork, management, leadership, imprenditorialità. 

Giovanni Arcaro

Partner 

Giovanni Arcaro, ha oltre 30 anni di esperienza in progetti di sviluppo,  in Italia e all’estero, si come manager che come imprenditore. 

Ha operato in aziende industriali di vari settori come manager e nell’ ambito della  consulenza strategica e dello sviluppo internazionale. Tra le esperienze manageriali più significative ha guidato lo sviluppo internazionale del Gruppo Biasi per oltre 10 anni fino al 2003 e più recentemente si è occupato dei progetti di rilancio di BSG Spa, sempre nel settore riscaldamento, e di Paluani Spa nel mondo alimentare. Dal 2004 al 2016 ha seguito, come consulente e TM, numerosi progetti di sviluppo in Italia, Polonia, Germania e Francia, sia nel settore industriale sia immobiliare.    

Dal 2016 ha coordinato progetti di turnaround e/o rilancio di aziende industriali e promosso e investito in sturt-up, arricchendo ulteriormente la propria esperienza professionale e la conoscenza delle dinamiche aziendali e dello sviluppo in vari settori 

Andrea Bulgarini

Oltre 30 anni di esperienze professionali in diverse organizzazioni e in diversi ruoli, nel 2016 è entrato a far parte di Strategic Management Partners. 

Fin dall’inizio della sua attività si è occupato di Application Lifecycle Management e Business Intelligence con attenzione particolare sia alla componente tecnologica e sia a quella organizzativa, nel corso degli anni ha avuto la possibilità di misurarsi con nuove tecnologie in contesti multinazionali.

Attualmente segue con particolare attenzione l’introduzione di nuove tecnologie e l’evoluzione dei modelli di IT Governance, in modo specifico l’aspetto organizzativo delle risorse e la creazione di sistemi di misurazione delle prestazioni aziendali.

Laureato in Informatica ed in Ingegneria Automatica presso l’Università La Sapienza di Roma.

Cristina Cricca

HR Director

With over 25 years of experience in consulting firms in the Human Resources field (Accenture 1996-1998, McKinsey 1999-2021, Iconsulting 2021-January 2024) with a focus on Recruiting and Employer Branding. In recent years, she has been responsible for the revision and creation of all HR processes, including Evaluation, Professional Development, and Training within corporate reorganization processes.
In her spare time, she has also collaborated with other consulting startups for the structuring of HR processes. Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, Coaching, and Mentoring.

Mauro Frescura

E‘ specializzato in tematiche di Marketing & Sales, gestione del Cliente e gestione dell’innovazione con una specializzazione nell’integrazione delle stesse all’interno dei sistemi ICT.

Ha seguito progetti complessi in svariati ambiti di mercato, sia in Italia che all’estero, quali TLC, Trasporti, Banking, Assicurazioni ed Energy. Ha seguito per anni progetti relativi alla realizzazione ed utilizzo di sistemi di Customer Intelligence in ambito Big Data.

Laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale presso il Politecnico di Milano.
È entrato a far parte di Strategic Management Partners nel 2017 dopo più di 20 anni di collaborazione con affermate società italiane di consulenza.

Marco Giglioli

Nella sua attività si è occupato di diversi interventi di ottimizzazione e innovazione di processi aziendali, sviluppo e lancio di nuovi servizi e ridisegno strategico di business model. 

Attualmente segue con particolare attenzione l’evoluzione delle tecnologie a supporto dei processi aziendali e dell’analisi dei dati.

Dal 2010 fa parte del team Strategic Management Partners seguendo e dirigendo progetti presso primarie aziende italiane del settore dei servizi. 

Alessandro Messina

Partner 

Informatico, lavora da oltre 30 anni in ambito IT, Manufacturing, Media e Telecomunicazioni, operando con diversi incarichi a livello sia aziendale, sia  consulenziale. Ha maturato significative esperienze in situazioni di start-up o di forte cambiamento aziendale, con ampie ristrutturazioni di organizzazioni, processi interni e sistemi informativi.

Tra le esperienze manageriali più rilevanti la partecipazione allo start-up di Omnitel, dalla nascita del mercato delle telecomunicazioni mobili in Italia, fino all’integrazione internazionale e al consolidamento all’interno del Gruppo Vodafone.

A seguire, ha diretto per diversi anni come CIO l’ICT di RCS Mediagroup, impostandone il modello di governance, la revisione architetturale dei sistemi e l’impostazione dei siti e delle piattaforme digitali delle testate del Gruppo (Corriere.it, Gazzetta.it, etc.).

Come consulente, ha seguito diversi progetti di IT governance & audit e di avviamento di nuovi  sistemi informativi (tecnologici e organizzativi), con l’implementazione di progetti ERP e Digitali per aziende di svariati settori.  Collaborando con Strategic Management Partners dal 2015, ha operato anche come Temporary CIO in importanti realtà in fase di trasformazione per cambiamenti aziendali o proprietari (Giuffrè Editore, Confindustria).

 

Martina Molinari

Partner

Inizia la sua vita lavorativa nel marketing delle telecomunicazioni, per poi avviare, 5 anni dopo, la sua crescita nel marketing e nelle vendite di energia.

Nel suo percorso professionale ha seguito le liberalizzazioni: quella della telefonia mobile all’inizio, poi quella della vendita di energia elettrica e gas e la crescita del mercato dell’efficienza energetica.

Dal 2001 lavora nel mercato dell’energia, occupandosi sempre di sviluppo commerciale o di efficienza a Milano, Genova, Bologna, Pavia e infine Bergamo: prima come direttore Marketing di Edison Energia e in seguito di Hera, poi come Direttore Commerciale di Axpo Italia, Director energy in Strategic Management Partners, Direttore Generale di Linea Più (oggi gruppo A2A) e Direttore Area Mercato di Metano Nord, a Bergamo.

Laureata in ingegneria, oggi è Partner in Strategic Management Partners.

Alberto Salini

Partner

Lavora da oltre 30 anni nel campo della Logistica, della Supply Chain e dei trasporti internazionali, sia in Italia che all’estero (dove ha vissuto alcuni anni).

Ha operato sia in multinazionali leader del settore che in ambito consulenziale, tra le esperienze manageriali più significative ha guidato la creazione di Business Unit di Contract Logistics per spedizionieri ed operatori logistici e condotto significative operazioni di spin-off e terziarizzazione di strutture logistiche di importanti realtà italiane e straniere. 

Nella sua carriera si è occupato di importanti progetti,sia alla guida di start-up che nella gestione delle Operations di Grandi Eventi e di Eventi sportivi, dai Giochi Olimpici di Torino2006 fino ad Expo Milano 2015, curandone la pianificazione e la realizzazione ed occupandosi di governance, di IT e di processi operativi. Ha maturato importanti esperienze del mondo industrial, nell’elettronica di consumo, nella moda e beni di lusso.

Salvatore Saraceno

La sua attività è maturata nel campo della consulenza direzionale con estesa competenza nella gestione di progetti di “Business Process Reengineering”, “Business Analytics” e “Corporate Performance Management”.

Durante la sua esperienza ha avuto modo di sviluppare una buona conoscenza di piattaforme di Corporate Performance Management e Business Intelligence, seguendo numerosi progetti in ambito Utilities con particolare attenzione all’analisi dei processi «core» determinando della sostenibilità quanti/qualitativa dei principali indicatori economici finanziari richiesti e «derivati» da KPIs operativi. Ha, inoltre, seguito la realizzazione tecnica dei progetti governando la struttura del Project Management e del Delivery durante le fasi di esecuzione.

I corsi di formazione aggiuntivi hanno rafforzato da un lato le competenze di negoziazione/contrattualizzazione con clienti finali, dall’altro le skill funzionali e tecniche per l’individuazione di nuove opportunità In ambito BPR, BI, CPM.

With over 15 years of experience in the communication field, she has worked in various areas of the sector: from journalism, press office, to the media and entertainment industry.
For almost 10 years, she has been involved in communication in management consulting, handling corporate communication, internal communication, and digital strategy.
Specialized in Social Media Management, Copywriting, Content Creating, Website Development, Press Office, and Graphic Design.

vincenzo tartuferi

Partner

Vincenzo Tartuferi, inizia la sua esperienza lavorativa nel 1981 e dopo alcune brevi esperienze su progetti di Information Tecnology, nel settembre 1984 inizia la sua esperienza nel mercato delle Utilities, inizialmente come Senior Analyst, poi come Product Manager e infine come Delivery Manager su Sistemi Informativi di Billing e CRM. Dal 1992 segue direttamente i principali clienti del mercato delle Utilities con il ruolo di Client Manager, consolidando l’esperienza e la conoscenza di questo settore. A partire dal 1998, assume l’incarico di Business Area Manager della Divisione Consulting.

Nel settembre 2003, entra nel Gruppo Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, con il ruolo di Direttore Tecnico del mercato Energy & Utilities. Dal 2006 assume il ruolo di Direttore del mercato e nell’agosto del 2008 diventa Direttore Generale per le Energy & Utilities consolidando quasi 25 anni di esperienza su questo mercato. Da gennaio 2012 gli viene affidata la responsabilità anche dei mercati Telco & Media.

Nel settembre 2022, Vincenzo Tartuferi Lascia Engineering per portare la sua esperienza e competenza IT per il mercato Energy & Utilities in Strategic.

Luigi Riva

After having accumulated consulting experience in the media and TLC sectors, in 2000 he founded Strategic Management Partners of which he is President.

In his work he has overseen numerous strategic and implementation projects on issues of integration, reorganization and redesign of major business processes for major national companies.

He is currently following with great attention the areas of innovation and change management. He has written numerous articles for the main management magazines and writes weekly on the Sole24Ore’s management section.

He is part of the Scientific Committees for Masters programs organized by some of the most notorious Italian business schools.

He is Vicepresident of Assoconsult, Confidunstria’s association which represents the most important Consulting and Management businesses in Italy.

He holds a degree in engineering from Milan Polytechnic and an MBA from Bocconi University.

Giampieotr Paraboni has a degree in Managment Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.

In 2000 he founded Strategic Management Partners of which is currently Partner.

In his work he has led numerous implementation and strategic projects for leading Italian businesses and TLC, ICT, Media, Energy and Pharmaceutical Multinationals in the Sales&Marketing and CRM/Customer Operation areas. After gaining academic experiences at the Politecnico di Milano straight after having graduated, he begins collaborating with a multitude of Italian business schools and starts teaching while continuing his consulting activity. He has written numerous industry reports and studies.

Salvatore Manfrè

Managing Partner

Salvatore Manfrè has a degree in Managment Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
After having worked for major Italian companies and in the consulting sector, he joined Strategic Management Partners in 2015.

His is specialized in Strategy, Marketing &Sales and innovation management, and during his experience he also specialized in areas more directly related to ICT. He has been Poste Italiane’s Sales Manager for the SME section, afterwards he has worked in consulting for leading Italian and International companies.

He has mainly worked in the energy, utilities and telecommunications sectors but he also worked on projects and in other sectors such as banking, insurance, large-scale disitribution, FMCG and Travel. Since 2008 he has mainly worked on innovation.

He has taught in different Master e-Business Schools such as Bocconi, LUISS, Cerisdi, Reiss Romoli.

Alessandro Menegon

Alessandro Menegon has a degree in Managment Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
He specialized in innovation management and in 2003 joined Strategic Management Partners.

During his career he has worked in modeling and optimization of business processes, introduction of new technologies, service launches and reorganizations. Currently he his following with particular attention the evolution of IT Governance models in complex and highly competitive sectors like TLC.

He teaches in some of the most notorious Italian business schools, mostly classes about marketing, product development and pricing.

Lorenzo Maria Paoli

Lorenzo Maria Paolo has a degree in Environment and Territory Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza.

After having served as an officer in the Italian Navy, in 2001 he joined Strategic Management Partners beginning his experience in management consulting and business organization.

During his professional experience he has followed and led many projects together with leading businesses operating both in Italy and abroad regarding corporate governance, marketing & sales.

Over the years he has combined the experience gained in consulting projects with some significant experiences of temporary management in the mangament of BU/companies on behalf of his clients.

He teaches numerous masters and professional courses organized by some of the most notorious Italian business schools.

Gianluca Acerboni

Gianluca Acerboni has a degree in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, after having worked with leading Italian technology he gained 20 years’ experience with a leading international consulting firm where he held positions of increasing responsibility on various sectors in healthcare, public administration, pharmaceuticals, financial services and consumer goods.

He has directed and implemented transformations initiatives for important national companies, managed the delivery of complex projects and has developed skills in strategic and management consulting, change management, digital transformation, blockchain and machine learning.

He has participated in programs to develop teamworking, management, leadership and entrepreneurship skills.

Giovanni Arcaro

Partner

Giovanni Arcaro has over 30 years of experience in project development, in Italy and abroad, both as a manager and as an entrepreneur.

He has worked in industrial companies of various sectors as a manager and in strategic consulting and international development. Among his most significant managerial experiences, he led the international development of the Biasi Group for more than 10 years until 2003, and more recently he was in charge of the relaunch projects of BSG Spa, also in the heating sector, and of Paluani Spa in the food world. From 2004 to 2016 he followed, as a consultant and TM, numerous development projects in Italy, Poland, Germany and France, both in the industrial and real estate sectors.

From 2016 he has coordinated turnaround projects and/or projects to relaunch industrial companies, and promoted and invested in startups, further enriching his professional experience and knowledge about business dynamics and development in various sectors.

Andrea Bulgarini

Andrea Bulgarini has over 30 years of professional experience in the different organizations and different roles, in 2016 he joined Strategic Management Partners.

Since the beginning he has worked on Application Lifecycle Management and business Intelligence with a particular attention on both the technological component and the organizational one, over the course of the years he has had the possibility to measure himself with new technologies in the multinational contexts.

Currently he is following with particular attention the introduction of new technologies and the evolution of IT Governance Models, specifically the organizational aspect of resources and the creations of measurement systems for business performances.

He has a degree in IT and Automated Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Mauro Frescura

Mauro Frescusa is specialized in Marketing and Sales, client management and innovation management with a specialty in integration of these within the ICT Systems.

He has followed complexed projects in different market sectors, both in Italy and abroad, such as TLC, Transport, Banking, Insurance and Energy. He has followed for many years projects regarding the realization and use of Customer Intelligence systems within Big Data.

Marco Giglioli

During his activity he has worked on optimization and innovation business processes, development and launches of new services and strategic redesign of business models.

Currently he is following with particular attention the evolution of technologies that support business processes and data analysis.

Marco Giglioli has a degree in Managment Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
In 2010 he joined Strategic Management Partners following and directing projects for the leading Italian busines in the service industry.

Alessandro Messina

Partner

Alessandro Messina has been working in IT, Media and Telecommunications for over 30 years, operating in different roles both as a consultant and a business man.

He has gained significant experience in start-up and major corporate change situations, with extensive restructuring of organizations, internal processes and information systems. He participated in the start-up of Omnitel, from its inception to its international integration and consolidation within the Vodafone Group. He led RCS Mediagroup’s ICT for several years as Chief Information Officer, setting up its governance model and completing multiple rounds of systems architectural reviews.

He has followed different IT governance & audit projects and the start-up of new information systems (technological and organizational), with the implementation of ERP and CRM projects for companies in various sectors.

Martina Molinari

Partner

Martina Molinari began her career in the telecommunications marketing sector, and after 5 years moved onto Energy sales and marketing.

During her professional career she has followed deregulations: first in the mobile telecommunications industry, then in the energy and gas sector, and the growth of the energetic efficiency market.

She started working in the energy sector in 2001, working always on commercial development or efficiency in Milan, Genoa, Bologna, Pavia and lastly Bergamo: first as Marketing Director for Edison Energia and later in Hera, then as Sales Director for Axpo Italia, energy Director in Strategic Managemnt Partners, General Director for Linea Più (today A2A) and Methane Market Area Director for Metano Nord, in Bergamo.

She has a degree in Engineering, she is today a Partner in Strategic Management Partners.

Alberto Salini has been working for over 30 years in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain and international transport, both in Italy and abroad (where he has lived for some years).

He has worked in both industry-leading multinationals and in consulting; among his most significant managerial experiences he has led the creation of Contract Logistics business units for shippers and logistics operators and led significant spin-offs and outsourcing of logistics facilities of major Italian and foreign companies.

In his career he has been involved in major projects,both in leading start-ups and in managing the Operations of Major Events and Sports Events, from the Olympic Games in Turin2006 to Expo Milano 2015, taking care of their planning and implementation and dealing with governance, IT and operational processes. He has gained significant experience from the industrial world, in consumer electronics, fashion and luxury goods.

His activity has matured in the field of management consulting with extensive expertise in the management of “Business Process Reengineering”, “Business Analytics” and “Corporate Performance Management” projects.

During his experience he had the opportunity to develop a good knowledge of Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence platforms, following numerous projects in the Utilities field with particular attention to the analysis of “core” processes determining of the quantitative/qualitative sustainability of the main financial economic indicators required and “derived” from operational Kpi. He has, in addition, followed the technical implementation of projects by governing the Project Management and Delivery structure during the execution phases.

Additional training courses strengthened on the one hand negotiation/contracting skills with end customers, on the other hand functional and technical skills for identifying new opportunities In BPR, BI, CPM.

Graduated in Management Engineering from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata, he began his activity in 2003, to join the Strategic Management Partners team following and directing projects at leading Italian companies in the Energy & Utilities sectors.

Vincenzo Tartuferi, began his work experience in 1981 and after some brief experiences on Information Tecnology projects, in September 1984 began his experience in the Utilities market, initially as Senior Analyst, then as Product Manager and finally as Delivery Manager on Billing and CRM Information Systems. Since 1992, he directly follows major clients in the Utilities market in the role of Client Manager, consolidating his experience and knowledge of this sector. Starting in 1998, he assumed the position of Business Area Manager of the Consulting Division.

In September 2003, he joins Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Group, with the role of Technical Director of the Energy & Utilities market. From 2006, he assumes the role of Market Director and in August 2008 becomes General Manager for Energy & Utilities consolidating almost 25 years of experience in this market. From January 2012 he is also given responsibility for the Telco & Media markets.

In September 2022, Vincenzo Tartuferi leaves Engineering to bring his IT experience and expertise for the Energy & Utilities market to Strategic.
