CERTIFICATION FOR GENDER EQUALITY
Strategic supports companies on the path to achieving gender equality certification, introduced by Law No. 162/2021 162/2021.
Gender equality certification under PdR UNI 125:2022 is an innovative regulatory tool that aims to promote gender equity, reduce gender discrimination, and combat the pay gap.
